Our seniors program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors by offering free workshops that celebrate Middle Eastern culture through the art of traditional belly dance. Our unique program goes beyond dance as it incorporates Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), providing seniors with a holistic approach to physical and emotional well-being.
